This workout is a great example of how I like to train legs on a hypertrophy focused day and also shows a lot of the techniques I like to use! Pauses, deficits, single leg work... a lot of these tools are more appropriate for experienced lifters so if you are not as experienced, feel free to take them down to their basic form.
